About
A developer's training, an inspector's eye, a broker's record
Before Canadian real estate, Derrick Peng spent thirteen years in hotel and resort development in China and ran a four-office Century 21 franchise in Kunming. In Canada he first licensed as a home inspector, then joined a Toronto C12 luxury team in 2012. Today he leads Master's Trust Realty Inc., Brokerage as its President & Broker of Record — the broker accountable for the brokerage's trades and standards.
His practice stays deliberately narrow: luxury homes, golf-course properties, and land for builders. Clients deal with him directly — no hand-offs.

MBA at the National University of Singapore; thirteen years as a general manager with Golden Maya International, developing hotels and resorts in China.

Founded Century 21 Kunming — grew it to four franchise offices and a team of about 100 agents.
